ICSTARS visits the University of Colorado at Boulder

On the kind invitation of Dr. Alan Kiplinger, Jen Winter and Fred Bruenjes (and Shadow Winter) were priveledged to a private tour of the Sommers Bausch Observatory, the Alpine Observatory at the Mountain Research station and the JILA materials laboratory at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Hosts, Alan Kiplinger and Keith Gleason shared stories and information about the facility including the Dual-Band DayStar filter, the SCRIBES live solar monitoring facility and the acquisition of a number of new pieces of equipment.
