Comet Hyakutake 1996 (B)
A meteor streaks across the tail of the comet. Photographed by Larry Robinson and
Gene Morris with a 50mm lens. A 5 minute piggyback exposure at f1.8.
Kodak Royal Gold 1000 film. Exposure made at 3:30 A.M. C.S.T. Exposure haulted after
a meteor streaked through the field.
Location: Powell Observatory located 35 miles south of Kansas City,
